All orders placed with Dynamic Heat are processed promptly after purchase.

Due to the nature of our products and limited drops, all sales are considered final once production has begun.

Order Cancellation Window  
Customers may request to cancel their order within 12 hours of placing the order. After this window, the order is automatically sent into processing and cannot be canceled.

Pre-Order Policy  
Many of our items are sold as pre-orders, meaning they are made to order.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Production times may vary based on demand  
- Orders cannot be canceled once production has started  
- Orders will be fulfilled in batches as production is completed

No Cancellations After Processing  
Once an order has entered production or fulfillment, we are unable to cancel or modify it.

Address Changes  
If you need to update your shipping address, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses submitted at checkout.
