SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Dynamic Heat proudly ships worldwide whenever possible. Shipping timelines displayed at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Once your order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery is handled by the carrier.

Dynamic Heat is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Postal carrier delays

  • Customs inspections or processing

  • Weather conditions or natural disasters

  • Labor disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Orders within the United States are shipped through USPS or other designated carriers.

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Dynamic Heat cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not liable for delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or carrier-related delivery issues. If a shipment is lost during transit, we will gladly assist you with the claims process whenever possible.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or any other charges required by their country's customs authorities.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Customs policies vary by country, and Dynamic Heat has no control over customs processing times or additional fees.

Failure to pay applicable customs charges may result in your package being delayed, returned, or abandoned. Dynamic Heat is not responsible for any costs or losses resulting from customs procedures or unpaid duties.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

Because many Dynamic Heat products are produced as limited-edition releases, made-to-order items, or pre-orders, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or the incorrect item was shipped.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Customer preference

  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier

  • Minor manufacturing variations that do not affect functionality

  • Slight color variations caused by differences between screen displays and physical products

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We stand behind the quality of every Dynamic Heat product.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging (if applicable)

Claims submitted after the 3-day reporting period may not be eligible for review.

If your claim is approved, Dynamic Heat may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our sole discretion.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your tracking information shows your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  • Contact the shipping carrier.

  • Check with household members, neighbors, apartment management, or your local post office.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Dynamic Heat is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

When available, we will gladly assist customers in filing carrier claims.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Because inventory is allocated immediately for limited releases and pre-orders, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not entered production or fulfillment, we may be able to cancel it at our discretion.

Once production or fulfillment has begun, orders cannot be canceled.


PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Many Dynamic Heat products are offered as pre-orders.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Production begins after the preorder period closes.

  • Estimated production and shipping dates are estimates only.

  • Manufacturing schedules, quality control, material availability, customs inspections, shipping carriers, and unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery timelines.

  • Delays do not qualify an order for cancellation or a refund.
