SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Dynamic Heat proudly ships worldwide whenever possible.

Shipping timeframes displayed at checkout are estimated and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery times may vary depending on production schedules, carrier performance, customs processing, and other factors outside of our control.

Once your order has been processed and accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.

Dynamic Heat is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Postal carrier delays

  • Customs inspections or processing

  • Weather conditions or natural disasters

  • Labor disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Orders within the United States are typically shipped through USPS or other designated carriers.

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Dynamic Heat cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not liable for delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or misdirected shipments caused by the carrier.

If your shipment is lost while in transit, we will gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier whenever possible.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Processing times vary depending on whether the item is an in-stock product or a pre-order item.

Orders may require additional processing time during new releases, holidays, promotional events, or periods of high order volume.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Many Dynamic Heat releases are sold as limited-edition pre-orders.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Production begins after the preorder period closes.

  • Estimated production and shipping dates are provided for reference only.

  • Manufacturing schedules, quality control, material availability, customs inspections, shipping carriers, and other unforeseen circumstances may affect fulfillment timelines.

  • Estimated shipping dates are not guaranteed.

  • Production or shipping delays do not qualify an order for cancellation or a refund.

Our goal is always to deliver products that meet our quality standards, and we appreciate your patience throughout the production process.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

While we will make every effort to accommodate address changes before fulfillment begins, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Dynamic Heat is not responsible for orders shipped to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Customs policies vary by country, and Dynamic Heat has no control over customs processing times or additional fees.

Failure to pay applicable customs duties or taxes may result in your shipment being delayed, returned, or abandoned. Dynamic Heat is not responsible for any resulting costs, delays, or losses.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but cannot be located, please:

  • Contact the shipping carrier.

  • Check with household members, neighbors, apartment management, or your local post office.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Dynamic Heat is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We are happy to assist customers in working with the shipping carrier whenever possible.
