ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed in the order they are received. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Tracking information will automatically be sent once your order has shipped.
Please ensure all shipping and billing information is entered correctly at checkout. Dynamic Heat is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information submitted by the customer.
PRE-ORDER POLICY
Certain products sold on our website are marked as PRE-ORDER ITEMS.
By purchasing a preorder item from Dynamic Heat, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- Preorder items require a manufacturing and fulfillment period before shipment.
- Current preorder timelines are approximately 7–8 weeks from the date the order is placed.
- These timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by manufacturing, customs, freight, warehouse receiving, or fulfillment delays outside of our control.
- If your order contains both preorder and ready-to-ship items, your entire order may ship together once all items are available unless otherwise stated.
- Customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information once their order has been fulfilled.
We appreciate your patience and support as we produce limited-run products in batches.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Once a package has been shipped, delivery times are dependent on the shipping carrier. Dynamic Heat is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages marked as delivered, weather delays, customs delays, or issues caused by incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Because many of our products are produced in limited quantities and manufactured specifically for preorder demand, order modifications or cancellations are not guaranteed once production has begun.

CHARGEBACK POLICY
By placing a preorder with Dynamic Heat, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the stated preorder manufacturing timeline displayed on the product page and within this shipping policy.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute before the stated preorder period has ended may be considered a violation of these agreed terms and conditions.
Dynamic Heat reserves the right to submit the following evidence in response to any payment dispute, including but not limited to:
- Proof of customer agreement to preorder terms
- Product page preorder disclosures
- Order confirmation records
- Shipping timelines shown at checkout
- Tracking information and fulfillment updates
- Customer communication history
Customers are encouraged to contact our support team directly before filing disputes so we can resolve any issues promptly.
LIMITED RELEASE PRODUCTS
Many Dynamic Heat products are produced in limited quantities and may not be restocked once sold out. Manufacturing timelines may vary depending on product demand and production schedules.
